其实周冬雨的身材一直没有被人关注,仿佛还是刚出道时小粗腿的印象。

In recent years, winter has been frequently attending events. But have you noticed? The once chubby calves are no longer there! In high heels now, she looks like she has a perfect figure.

Even when photographed from the side view, there is no sign of previous calf muscles - isn't this just amazing?

It turns out that winter has always talked about how she exercises regularly. So it doesn't come as a surprise that she looks so good now. Here we will summarize several methods for slimming down one's thighs - follow along with us!

Slimming Exercises: Squats & Lunges

Step1: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and keep your upper body straight while twisting both knees outward into two different directions until your thighs form an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the ground.

Step2: Hold onto this position while keeping balance between your upper body and lower extremities before standing up again; repeat five times on each leg.

Air Bicycling:

Lying flat on a bed with both knees bent upwards to an angle of around 90 degrees relative to their ankles,

pedal air bicycles for thirty seconds;

Pedal air bicycles one hundred times without putting either foot back onto the bed;

Repeat these steps ten times;

3.Slimming Techniques - Thigh Fat Reduction:

a) Massage both inner and outer sides of each thigh from ankle towards thigh root by alternating hands; perform thirty repetitions per leg;

b) Use hands like wringing out towels to squeeze excess fat away from thighs; perform thirty repetitions per leg;

c) Tap large areas around kneecaps firmly using fingers or palms until feeling pain or discomfort stops them;

4.Slimming Techniques - Ankle Fat Reduction:

Using thumb pads or finger tips sliding upward along small bones under skin surface gently stretching inner side surfaces downward toward ankles twenty-five centimeters long; repeat fifty times for each leg twice daily or more if needed;

Dabbing inwardly toward ankles repeatedly three dozens time then dab outwardly also dabbing outwardly three dozen time alternate hand use same action do not neglect either left right legs’ performance separately;
